Do you ship to Canada?
Yes! We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada.

Do you ship to the U.S.?
Yes, we ship across the United States as well.

Do you ship outside Canada and the U.S.?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping beyond Canada and the U.S. at this time. But we’re always listening, tag us on Instagram @naturescirclecare to let us know where you live!

What shipping methods are available?
We offer both Standard and Express shipping options.

  • Complementary Standard shipping is available on all orders over $50 CAD (before tax, excludes gift cards).

  • For orders less than $50, Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.97 CAD.

  • Express shipping is available for a small additional fee, which will be added to the Standard flat rate at checkout.

When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped from Toronto within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking ID as soon as your order is on its way.

How do I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please email us at info@naturescirclecare.com with your order number as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help!

If your order has already shipped and you’ve received a confirmation email, unfortunately, we’re unable to update the address; the package will be on its way to the address entered at checkout.

I haven’t received my package yet.
If your tracking details show the package as delivered, but you haven’t actually received it, please fill this contact form with your name, order number, and tracking ID. We’ll connect with the courier to help find a solution.
